Conveyancing

We handle all aspects of Conveyance transactions including mortgages, charges and all security documentation and perfection thereof, sale and transfer of land, Leases and Rental Agreements, Discharge of Charges, Cautions, Powers of Attorney and advising clients generally on all aspects of Property Law. We have a conveyancing clerk whose core duty is to facilitate registration of conveyance documents with the Lands registry.

  • Drafting and registration of sale agreements, Leases and Tenancy agreements for various entities and individuals
  • Perfection of securities and registration of charges and mortgages for various financial institutions.

Commercial Transactions

We provide clear and strategic commercial legal advice in a wide area of practice, including but not limited to incorporation and registration of both local and foreign companies, incorporation and registration of Societies, legal audits, corporate governance, joint ventures, partnerships and shareholders agreements, immigration among others.
The Law Firm is also confident in giving legal opinions and follow up, whenever necessary after carrying out appropriate research.

Through the Intellectual Property Department, the Firm offers advice to clients on all aspects of Intellectual Property including registration and renewal of trademarks, copyright, industrial designs and patents.

Our services in this department entail the provision of general Corporate Secretarial Services ranging from assisting a number of entities in annual compliance and statutory maintenance, Allotment and Transfer of shares and provision of Legal Audits to Private, Public and Public Benefit Organizations.
